We look forward to welcoming our returning families and our new families to the 2022-2023 school year in August. The academic calendar can be found here.
In the meantime, we have compiled the following information that all school families will need during the summer months. Some of these items require action, so we encourage parents to read and complete these tasks early.
In July, school families will receive a "summer reminder" bulletin via Facts SIS (RenWeb). This short bulletin will serve as a gentle "tug" at your memories. It will restate some of the important dates to remember and procedures to follow as we enter the month of August and the start of the new school year.
Use this checklist to ensure that applicable summer tasks are completed in a timely manner. Details and links for more information about each task are described below.

Tuition payments for the upcoming school year begin in June and will be drafted through FACTS.
Changes to your tuition schedule during the summer is as easy as logging in to RenWeb. Click on "Family Information," and then click on "Tuition Plan Sign Up." You can then adjust bank information and payment dates. If you need additional assistance, contact the school office or FACTS at 866-441-4637.

If your child (incoming grades 5-8) plans to participate in Dallas Parochial League (DPL) sports during the upcoming school year, a DPL Sports Physical Form must be completed and returned to the school prior to the start of team practices. This is a mandatory requirement for all DPL athletics at SPSA. A copy of the form may be accessed here. A Sports/Registration Form must be filled out also. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the web page to locate the form.
For the sake of convenience, it is advised that DPL Sports Physical Forms be updated and submitted to the school each year by June 1. However, we understand that many students can only have these forms updated when their annual physical exams take place. In this case, please be mindful of your child’s annual physical exam date. A new DPL Sports Physical Form must be submitted to the school as soon as the previous year’s form expires, or the student will be ineligible to participate in DPL sports. A Parent Code of Conduct Agreement must also be signed by the parents of every SPSA athlete and returned to the Athletic Director prior to the sport registration deadline.
Special Note for Those Participating in 2022-2023 Football, Volleyball, or Cheerleading:
A current DPL Sports Physical Form must be returned to the school prior to the first day of school. If you are playing football, a sports physical and registration form is due before any summer practices, if you are playing football. Please check with the Athletic Director to determine your team’s summer camp/practice start dates.
Special Note for Incoming 5th Graders Participating in DPL:
All incoming 5th graders who plan to participate in 2022-2023 DPL sports must submit a new DPL Sports Physical Form to the school prior to the start of team practices. Please check with our Athletic Director, Coach Dodson for more information. He can be reached at tdodson@spsacatholic.org.
Special Note for Returning DPL Athletes:
Please be mindful of your child’s annual physical exam date. A new DPL Sports Physical Form must be submitted to the school as soon as the previous year’s form expires.
DPL Coaches:
All coaches must update their Safe Environment clearance in order to participate in any practices (on or off campus) with an SPSA school team. In addition, coaches must complete a "Play Like A Champion" course. Please email Coach Dodson for official registration of the “Play Like A Champion” course at tdodson@spsacatholic.org if you are interested in coaching a sport.
